I enjoy partnering with your values, beliefs, and faith and implementing evidence-based strategies that leads to effective and restorative therapy. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families to meet their therapy goals is a calling I enjoy thoroughly and a responsibility I do not take lightly.
I assist clients in overcoming the hardships that rob them of fully living life. Through DBT, CBT, and EMDR approaches, my clients identify negative thought patterns and traumatic events, build effective coping and grounding skills, and desensitize and reprocess their traumas to experience redemption and restoration.
Therapy is a sacred space. It is an honor to sit across from clients who submit themselves to a vulnerable yet rewarding process. To join people in their darkness and struggle, and then to see them gain relief, clarity, and restoration, is a privilege.
