Life can be hard, with many ups and downs, all the unknowns, especially in today’s world. My passion is helping those with anxiety and depression, providing high-quality, effective, evidence-based treatment with children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve worked as a licensed therapist for 20 years and my practice uses an outside the box approach when it comes to therapy.
I offer flexible hours and tele-health sessions . We have eleven therapists at L&B Counseling, so if you prefer someone else within the practice, we have you covered.
More about our practice: L & B Counseling is breaking the stigma of counseling with an outside the box approach. We believe that the real world is outside the office and being outside or engaging in a more active way is how it should be done. We are outdoors oriented (but we do offer in office appointments should you prefer).
