I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with one year of experience. I bring both personal insight and professional dedication to my role. Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. My background in hospice care and community centers has shaped my warm, client-centered approach. Known for my casual and easygoing demeanor, I create a welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Catawba College. As a counselor, I take a collaborative approach, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives. My work centers on empowering individuals to take the lead in their growth journey.
