Life in today’s world is a challenge for all of us at times. Knowing that we are not alone when we face these challenging circumstances can certainly help us access the courage it takes to navigate them more effectively. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, my passion is to provide clients a safe place to focus on their journey toward growth and healing.
I have over twenty years of experience counseling clients of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss and relationship difficulties. I also work with those that are seeking encouragement from someone nonjudgmental as they face life’s stressors and difficult decisions.
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy (both in office & through telehealth). I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Counseling, the Family Systems approach, Play Therapy, and Christian counseling (if my clients appreciate this approach).
