We specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma. That can be abuse or neglect as young children or during adolescence or recent trauma. It's common for us to work with clients and have them say their struggles have lessened significantly in a short period of time.
Some of our therapeutic tools include Attachment Theory, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems-informed psychotherapy.
