We are client-centered and strive to provide a comforting environment; this is evident in the tranquil environment as you walk through the door. We are open 6 days a week & offer morning, afternoon, & evening appointments. We offer individual, couples, family, & group therapy. We treat Children, Adolescents, & Adults. We are currently doing Telehealth & in person counseling. In addition to therapy, we also offer trauma focused yoga, reiki, massage therapy, meditation classes, as well as workshops for both teens and adults.
