My passion for this field of work comes from my deep and genuine belief that we are all inherently worthy- just the way we are. My desire is to help my clients find the confidence to truly accept and understand themselves, despite any struggles they may be experiencing.
I utilize aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy along with the therapeutic relationship to help my clients achieve their goals. I use Exposure Response Prevention for those struggling with OCD. I have additional training in ADHD competent therapy and am nationally certified in Adoption Competency.
Committing to the therapy process can feel scary, I understand. When we work together, we find the strength to challenge ourselves and change our lives. If you are ready to take that next step, reach out to me, I'm here to help.
