Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am licensed in Indiana, Virginia, Florida. I received my master's degree from Florida International University and have been practicing for over 6 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My goal in therapy is to help my clients to improve the quality of their lives. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I help my clients work through concerns of depression, anxiety, burnout, anger management, as well as other concerns.
As a therapist, I approach goal setting by collaborating with clients to create realistic, achievable objectives that align with their personal values and needs. I emphasize breaking down larger goals into manageable steps, ensuring progress feels attainable and motivating.
