I am trained in Brainspotting, Somatic Healing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, Executive Functioning strategies, Accept and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Person centered, Polyvagal theory, and attachment theory. The approach I take will be uniquely adapted to your individual needs.
