On the many paths we walk in experiencing our lives, we encounter difficulties and challenges. "In a dark time, the eye begins to see", Theodore Roethke. We may be tempted to avoid or run from these challenges, however, when we can learn to be with them, we learn that these are moments in which a deeper sense of being is trying to emerge. When we work with and move through life's conflicts, we contact and may draw upon a vast reservoir of resources within and without that serve to clarify our sense of value and purpose, aiding ourselves and others by underlining our own unique gifts and skills.
Through conversation as well as with the use of therapeutic musical instruments and looking at night dreams, we co-create a foundational space for honoring feelings, as well as tools for contending with various challenges. Relationship becomes the bedrock for exploring what means the most to you in the service of embodying greater wholeness in life.
