I typically work with individuals looking for help in deep self-exploration, recovery, couples conflict, and their family of origin. I thrive as a therapist when we can explore the depths of the soul. By the time we seek help, life has typically not been going as we expected, and we may not be sure who we are. We want to find a way out, but are unsure how to do so. What we need is someone to help guide us through healing. This is a life-long change that will need continued support. We can find healing if we are willing to dare to find it.
At the end of therapy, you should know why you do what you do, as well as what to do with it. I hope that after sessions conclude, you will have little need to return to therapy again. I work through the lens of Psychodynamic Theory, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory to create a cohesive life story.
