Our close relationships are often the sources of our greatest joy and most intense pain. Couples counseling can provide a space to address a relationship's perpetual problems. I believe that any relationship can heal with commitment and willingness to change. I have a passion for helping couples achieve lasting connection and satisfying relationships.
I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). EFT focuses on helping couples establish healthy communication and intimacy in relationships through improving the quality of the attachment bond. EMDR helps address issues related to trauma, anxiety and depression.
