No one should feel alone, and sometimes we need a safe person outside of our own situation to help make sense of it all and find some peace. I’ve been a mental health clinician in Frederick for 15+ years. My early career was spent leading the team of clinicians providing emergency psychiatric services for Frederick County, as well as providing psychiatric training to local first responders. My passion, however, lies with my private practice and working 1-on-1 with people.

I work extremely well with issues related to anxiety, mood disorders, and other life transitions from early adolescence through early adulthood. Are you a fellow therapist or mental health clinician? I’m here for you, too! I’m a board-certified counselor supervisor for graduate licensees (LGPC).
