About
It takes great courage to seek help. I help people cultivate a better understanding of their relationship with themselves and others. Whether you are coming in for relational issues, grief, burnout, career change, transitions to/from college, or self-discovery; I take pride in providing an open and inclusive space for all identities. I believe as humans we have the power to create the life we desire but the stress of life can get in the way. Whatever the problem, you don't have to face it alone.
Prior to becoming a therapist I have over 7 years of experience working as a healthcare professional. During that time, I learned the value of being an accepting and affirming provider. I am trained in Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and Individuals, and Motivational Interviewing.
I understand that finding a therapist can be hard. It can also be the greatest investment of your life once you find the right fit. I strive to create a space where you feel fully accepted and become empowered.
