Hello! I have a passion for offering care centered around your experience, working with people all across the age range. My practice aims to support young people and adolescents struggling with healthy expression of emotions, improving pro-social habits and exploring familial dynamics. I have extensive experience working with children struggling with success at school, peers, or difficulty adjusting to new family dynamics. My ideal client has a family that understands the importance of collaboration while centering the care of the child. I believe that curiosity, commitment and an open mindedness create and sustain longterm change.
I practice a person-centered approach to therapy. I offer a combination of psychodynamic approaches combining tools from various modalities including CBT, Interpersonal, and narrative approaches; as well as trauma informed modalities and treatment. My care centers my focus around nonjudgmental curiosity and constant feedback for person-centered care.
Having worked across the age range from 3 to 73, with people experiencing symptoms ranging from adjusting to new life factors, to long form chronic trauma, I promise you won't scare me! In fact, being asked to participate in someone's journey towards wellness remains one of the greatest honors of my life. I will be humbled and excited to meet you.
