For many of us who have felt different, including those in the LGBTQIA+, we live with the collective trauma of existing in a system that isn’t built for us to thrive as our authentic selves. My hope is that through our collaboration we will be able to explore and identify the experiences and traumas that have led you to seek therapy services, understand how these problem areas don’t impact what is the most obvious, but also understand that sometimes these problems go much deeper, and lastly work through the things we discover to help you push through the discomfort to empower you to live authentically.

I am a trauma-informed professional with training in talk therapy, EMDR and BrainSpotting. Therapy is a resource that can offer a fresh view of your experiences and support you through your journey of healing. Through therapy, I hope to help you see that you are resilient, and that you have the strength to make the changes you want to see in your life..

I have spent years working in the mental health field advocating for individuals from all walks of life, whether that be through direct care, or coordinating resources. I have worked to help people achieve their goals to help them become their most authentic self. I look forward to being able to be a part of your journey to authenticity and self-acceptance.
