I have experience working with an array of mental health related issues but most of my experience has been working with trauma and the impact that it has on relationships. I have helped many children, teenagers and adults find freedom and healing from the weight of their past and help them to feel closer to the people around them. I work with individuals, families, and couples.
I have training and certifications in both trauma and family therapy. I am comfortable working with some of the most complicated personal and family dynamics.
