We're accepting new clients! Hi, my name is Kristy Ann Saffery, and I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related experiences and interpersonal issues. One of my passions include culturally responsive therapy, making room for people’s culture in the therapeutic process, and creating a brave space for people to be authentic. I want to honor the significance and importance of a person’s culture and how it intertwines with their view of the world. As well as navigating the impact of intergenerational trauma and how that changes the family/community dynamic.
My goal is to partner with my clients on their journey towards healing and acceptance through a person-centered approach. You are the expert of your life story and experiences, and I am here to provide an open, non-judgmental space to process and navigate this. I implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, & Motivational Interviewing.
At the end of the day, I want all my clients to use this therapy space in whatever way you need and feel safe enough to just be and heal.
