We are accepting new clients. My name is Zane Tschida. I believe relational dynamics, emotional suppression, and our mental framework lie at the root of most problems. Life can be a chaotic journey, leaving us with nowhere to go with all of our turmoil. I want to help you create a space where I can sit with you in your pain. I utilize an Emotion-Focused lens with couples, a relational/systemic approach with families, and Dialectical Behavior therapy with individuals.
We will identify your presenting struggles and uncover the framework behind these struggles, all while upholding your strengths as reoccurring tools throughout therapy. As therapy goes on, I will challenge you to be accountable and to work hard towards your goals within a space where both client and therapist stand on equal ground.
