We're accepting new clients! Hi I'm Kelsea Riley, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate working with couples, families, and individuals 13+. As a couples therapist, my hope is to help partners strengthen their connections and navigate the complexities of their relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, attachment ruptures, trauma, and life transitions.
I take an integrative approach in therapy. This includes approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lifespan Integration, Narrative Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.
