We're accepting new clients! Hi, my name is Caitlin Borrelli, and I am a therapist who works with individuals and families, with children 3+, teens, and adults. Therapy is a vulnerable process, and my goal is to create a space for clients of all identities and experiences to process and move forward with what matters most to them. My work is collaborative and client-centered. I meet clients where they are at and view them as experts of their experiences. I have experience working with a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, child and teen behavioral issues, adoption, and attachment-based issues.
My work is trauma-informed and strengths-based, with a Person-in-Environment lens. I work to understand the client and their concerns, as well as the context they are operating within. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
In my work, I have witnessed the strength and resilience of people and believe we all have the capability to heal and become the best possible versions of ourselves. I value being able to hold space for clients to grow, heal, and process life events, emotions, trauma, and loss. I aim to support you on your journey through curiosity, empathy, and acceptance.
