Developmental, relational and attachment trauma disconnects us from ourselves, our loved ones and even our spirituality. I am a trauma and attachment-focused therapist with experience treating people of all ages. From Play and Attachment Therapy with children and their families, to Art Therapy with teens and Trauma Therapy and Bibliotherapy with adults - I explore different interventions to find the best way to connect with you so that you can heal, blossom and thrive!
