We are accepting new clients. My name is Stefan Music. I am a mindfulness based, person-center, cognitive behavioral therapist. My specialty is in helping people recover from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as other mood disorders, relationship conflicts, identity issues, substance misuse, and issues revolving around grief and loss.
I draw from evidence based CBT practices to promote self-awareness, help people understand their own distorted perceptions, and how to transform them into a self-loving, positive narrative. I also draw upon mindfulness based practices to give immediate relief to the tensions that come with the challenges surrounding anxiety and trauma.
