Hello my name is Tamolyn “Tammy” Williams, MA, LPC, NCC with Start Your Growth Counseling. My passion is to empower every client with the skills and mindset in order to overcome challenges presented in everyday life struggles. My goal with each client is to focus on building a healthy sense of self-esteem through my modality of counseling. I believe that it is imperative to encourage adults and adolescents to live in a way that brings individual inner peace and joy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Houston – Clear Lake, and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Whoop! Much of my experience has included treating adults struggling with complex PTSD, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, addiction, adult ADHD, and depression. Additionally, I have a passion for providing treatment to other helpers, such as first responders, veterans, social workers, counselors, nurses, doctors, teachers, and those who endlessly serve our communities.
