If you are having trouble dealing with relationship issues, or need a little help defining your direction in life, or balancing the seemingly overwhelming and endless daily stressors that lead to depression and anxiety, then I am the right person for you.
I have specialized in mood disorders and chronic illness, adjustment to disability issues and provide career and vocational exploration and direction for many. My clients include people who suffer with chronic pain, have sustained traumatic brain injuries, or other life changing event, and need counseling to get back to living rather than just surviving.
I have a client centered focus and also use Mindfulness and CBT, REBT, as well as other theoretical evidence based approaches that fit the specific need of the individual. People are too dynamic to all benefit from the exact same intervention, so I asses the need and tailor treatment to the individual.
