At Trauma Treatment & Counseling, we believe healing is not about eliminating difficult thoughts or emotions, but learning how to respond to them in healthier, more empowering ways. Our mission is to help clients heal from trauma of all types and levels through compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and identities, and use both traditional and innovative. We offer neruo feedback, and ketamine, to help clients build resilience, gain practical tools, and create lasting change. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone

I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they cannot break. My approach is supportive but direct, helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface while also focusing on real, practical change. Therapy with me is not passive. We will have honest conversations, and I will both support and challenge you as we work toward meaningful progress.

Hello! I am Riley. My counseling approach centers on Narrative Therapy and integrates Attachment and Somatic interventions. I believe we learn stories about “how to be” and “who we are” from our families, communities, and cultural expectations. Often, these external messages don’t align with our most authentic selves, and it can feel painful to choose between satisfying others or living our truth. By noticing when our bodies feel stressed, we can begin to partner with the wisdom of the nervous system to illuminate and untangle these internalized expectations.

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that while life can present overwhelming challenges, no one has to navigate them alone. Whether you are struggling with complex relational dynamics, past trauma, or the daily pressures of mental health, I am here to provide a supportive, grounded space for your transformation.
Born and raised in Logan, Utah, I grew up as the youngest of six children. Being the only brother to five older sisters gave me a unique, lifelong education in communication, empathy, and the complexities of family systems.
