TSDE understands the impact trauma can have on a person. We treat a wide variety of symptoms like anxiety, panic, phobia, depression, anger, relationship/family problems, substance use. We work with each person individually, based on their needs, abilities, strengths to help heal and move from the trauma and symptoms. We are an inclusive group that keeps the whole person and their life experiences in mind.

We offer many empirically based therapy models like CBT, egostate, DBT and so on. Every clinician at TSDE is trained in EMDR therapy in order to ensure the whole person is seen and healed.
