Mindfulness-based therapy offers solutions while navigating depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, and challenges with authentic self-expression. Drawing on 10 years of post graduate training in Hakomi somatic therapy and Family Constellations, I help clients uncover the roots causes while staying attuned to present-moment experience where change can occur.
I offer sessions that integrate talk therapy with experiential exercises and mindfulness techniques. I believe in establishing new patterns of behavior and perception through new experiences, emphasizing the importance of awareness techniques influenced by wisdom traditions. Psychedelic prep and integration work best through experiential modalities.
