My name is Debra (Debi) Jenkins. I am a justice rooted trauma informed professional life coach. I support individuals, groups, executives, entrepreneurs, educators, creatives, organizations and institutions in practicing trauma-informed, liberatory, justice-rooted leadership to build equitable, sustainable work, without burnout, extraction, or self-abandonment. My work sits at the intersection of trauma and nervous system awareness, strategies to avoid racialized and relational harm, justice rooted leadership, power, and ethics, culture, history, and collective care.
I bridge trauma-informed resourcing and coaching with holding space, mindfulness, sense and compassion of self, psychoeducation, mentoring, and culturally responsive.
