My work centers on The Emotional Regulation Path a framework that guides you from emotional reactivity toward awareness, resilience, and self-leadership, so you respond from intention rather than reflex. Within it we integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system regulation, paced to what you're ready for.

The Emotional Regulation Path™ is a 12-week program for adults who look capable on the outside but privately struggle with reactivity, stress, or overwhelm. Run in a small virtual cohort, it builds practical skills for regulating emotions, staying grounded under pressure, and responding from intention rather than reflex — grounded in DBT, IFS, and nervous system regulation. It's skills-based and trauma-informed: we build steadiness and capacity, not trauma processing or disclosure. Enrollment is by consultation. Meets Wednesdays, 7:30-8:45 PM. The full program is $1,295 (about $108 per session).

Building on the skills of The Emotional Regulation Path™-moves through The Internal Resilience System™ - getting to know your parts, building inner resources, and strengthening the calm, grounded Self that can lead. Run in a small cohort and grounded in IFS, Attachment-Focused EMDR, & somatic work, it's trauma-informed & focused on Self-leadership, not trauma processing or disclosure.
