I specialize in trauma-focused therapy, life stressors, relational issues, life transitions, women's issues, body image, and grief. I am passionate about working with diverse populations, including BIPOC,women, adolescents, and adults.
I use a holistic approach to therapy where I consider not only mental factors, but also physical and spiritual factors. I combine aspects of traditional talk therapy and non-traditional approaches, including breath therapy, and meditation. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Brainspotting (BSP).
Empowering others to become leaders in their lives no matter their life circumstance is my goal for everyone I am privileged to meet and work with. The spiritual teacher Ram Dass says “We are all walking each other home.” My aim as a therapist is to guide my clients back to their core essence where we feel most safe.
