I've had the honor of working with people with a history of trauma throughout my life. PTSD, attachment disorder and dissociative disorders are normal responses to being exposed to Traumatic events. I have over 16 years of experience working with people and families with complex mental health and substances abuse issues. I have a passion for helping people work through events and experiences in life, to find true self, and develop a path for whole person wellness.

Our foundation, which includes our childhood and the dynamics of our family, directly impacts our thoughts about ourselves and others. It affects our behaviors and relationships. Most of my clients have some sort of childhood trauma that is affecting their ability to move in a peaceful, productive direction. Understanding how the brain is affected, and how to incorporate positive thoughts and behaviors, can change a person's life. It takes courage to share our inner thoughts and experiences.
