For 20 years, I have helped children and their families cope with bad things that sometimes happen in a child's life. This includes abuse, divorce, school issues, loss of a loved one, or low self-esteem. I understand the ripple effects that these can have on family members and how hard it is to watch your child struggle. I use a neuroscience-informed approach to create a safe environment for clients to release the emotional pain in a way that makes the most effective use of your time.

When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to feel like it unraveling or falling apart. I am passionate about helping teens (age 14+), adults, and couples learn to identify their strengths and to better understand themselves to reach their full potential and live their best lives. My approach is eclectic in that I implement various therapeutic strategies to best fit each client on an individual level. I provide counseling services to a wide range of clients by guiding, empowering, and assisting them through abusive and traumatic experiences, with a specialization in first responders and the military. I create a safe space for those experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, marital and women's issues.
