You are capable of healing. My goal is to holistically identify how a person's trauma and life events have impacted who they are today. My ideal client is ready to start identifying the patterns in their life that are interfering with getting what they want. I primarily work with Adults, Adolescents, Young Adults, and their parents and families. I work with a wide range of trauma, anxiety, and depression, however, I see these issues as how a person survives, adapts, and responds to their circumstance.
My approach to therapy is informed by psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, experiential, client-centered, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral, and interpersonal therapies. I integrate all of these styles to create an authentic, open environment to guide you into understanding yourself better. This is the key to making meaningful change.
