Announcement icon I am conducting sessions online via SimplePractice, as well as offering in-person sessions to those who feel comfortable/safe to practice.
I am a Master's level therapist practicing in the Phoenixville, PA area. My experience has been working with survivors of trauma, domestic and intimate partner abuse, and those with histories of incarceration. My driving force as a therapist is the opportunity to work alongside individuals who strive to build better relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them.
I utilize modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, relational therapy, narrative therapy, and interventions such as mindfulness and dialectical behavioral practices. Foundationally, I utilize client-centered principles: unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and warmth towards my clients.
Each client is their own expert and has their best interest at heart. Self-exploration and empowerment through therapy can be the opportunity for individuals to become the best versions of themselves, and the agent of change in their life. If you are ready to start your journey in healing, please reach out today. I look forward to our work together.
