Welcome to Reframe Tomorrow Behavioral Health! I am a licensed psychologist with years of experience working with youth and their families, as well as young adults. As a provider certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), I specialize in working with youth and adults with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and enjoy working with young children with disruptive behaviors and their caregivers.

I am focused on supporting clients who feel challenged either in a particular phase of their life's journey and want help processing their needs and goals or who are struggling to find peace and want to explore tools and techniques that can help them feel more grounded and discover their inner strengths.

I am a dedicated EMDR therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting those coping with traumatic life events. I hope to help you improve your emotional wellness and self-worth. What sets the identity of my sessions is their structure and strategy. While I believe in having client centered treatment, I've often felt as though the therapist/client relationship requires strategy and tangible advancement that can be noted by the client. What this means is that using psycho education to identify thought or behavior patterns is often used as well as guided conversations to further explore the nature of distressed mental health symptoms. I have a passion for working with teens and young adults who are exploring their identity and hold a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ+ affirming counseling. I work well with teens and young adults who experience anxiety, depression, disordered eating and self-harm behaviors. I take a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered, trauma informed approach within a social justice frame to support clients in blending the creative and practical so that clients enjoy the process of exploration and can see results in their mood and behaviors.
