Mending Minds, Healing Hearts, LLC works with children, adolescents, young adults to older adults. We work with individuals, couples, families, groups and provide support to schools, hospitals and other providers. Our services are offered to people of all cultures, gender identification, race, religion and spiritual beliefs.

My role is to partner with you in your work to discover, invent and empower yourself. When we are not outside grounding ourselves in nature, I offer more traditional talk therapy for individuals, intimate partners, and families. I want to help you to know and trust yourself if you have faced alienation or discrimination due to racial, gender, age, sexual, ability, or other minority stress. Your identity is not dis-ease. Your individuality contains your strength.

I am a licensed psychologist in the state on New Jersey and New York. I provide individual, couples and family therapy with Spanish population. I have extensive clinical experience working with Hispanic population. I have expertise in trauma focused therapy and evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in disruptive disorders (i.e. ADHD, ODD), mutism, physical and sexual abuse, trauma, play therapy, personality and mood/anxiety disorders, and family disruption.
