Some modalities used may include supportive counseling, solution focused counseling, or other evidence based modalities (Trauma Focused CBT). Dana is passionate about her experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, special education needs, teen issues, emotional regulation, life adjustments/ transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Using a strengths based, eclectic approach, Dana draws from several evidenced based modalities including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, and Psychodynamic Therapy while valuing that each client has their own unique qualities and needs.

I believe that anyone can be metaphorically driving their car on the road of life and end up off the road, maybe in a ditch. I believe in partnering with my clients to understand the struggle, whether a present challenge, an unresolved past issue, or facing an uncertain future. Together, we can put the car back on the road, or find an entirely new road to follow.

Ariana is experienced working with pre-teens, adolescents, individual adults and families who are struggling with a range of challenges and provides therapy fluently in both English and Spanish. Some treatment issues Ariana specializes in include, but are not limited to: trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, marital discord, domestic violence, self-harm and PTSD.
