I am Rose, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in women's health and gender affirming care. Additionally I am a doula with specific training in Birth Story Listening. My small telemedicine practice services NH, VT, and UT. My therapy style integrates modern CBT and positive psychology approaches. I have been working in this field for almost 10 years, and up until August of 2021, I worked in community mental health which allowed me to work with people of all ages and needs. I have experience working with children as young as 2 and adults into their 70s. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Modular Approach to Therapy for Children and Adolescents. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults mostly processing trauma, working through anxiety, depression, relationships, codependency and developing healthy boundaries. I work with adopted children and children who are in the foster care system. Treatment focuses on Attachment Theory and addresses trauma, abuse, loss, abandonment, and grief. This is a family centered approach and actively involves the child’s attachment figure(s) in treatment. I work with adolescents who are struggling with peers relationships, conflict with parents, transition issues, anxiety, stress, depression, self worth and self-esteem challenges. I also work with adults who are struggling with mood disorders, relationship difficulties, employment stress, and parenting issues.
