Healing the hurt so you can uncover your resiliency and power is what therapy is all about! It’s a privilege to walk the sometimes difficult, yet so very rewarding path of therapy with you, and I don’t take that for granted. I am passionate about providing an open and affirming space for all identities - I am dedicated to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion, and I work to be actively anti-racist in my approach as well.
In our sessions, you will get the real me. I will be honest with you, and I expect you to be honest with me. But perhaps more importantly, you’re going to be honest with yourself. To look yourself in the eyes and love, respect, and trust the person you see there. Only through that honesty are we going to find your answers and your unique path forward.
