I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to clinical care. I have specialized training in Trauma Focused CBT for treating individuals who have a history of trauma. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and disruptive behavior disorders.
