I offer couples and family sessions in addition to individual sessions. I specialize in pregnancy/postpartum/parenting, TBI & head injury, and additionally support people undergoing grief and loss. I treat a broad age range of clients (1 to 100). I take a developmental and psychodynamic approach which examines early life experiences that affect one's development and current problems. As a marriage and family therapist, I treat both individuals and families, closely examining relationship challenges and providing ways to resolve them between parents and children, siblings, adult partners, and friends. I also specialize in assessment and treatment of trauma, abuse, dissociation, and PTSD. I have a dual approach of treating the source of one's problems and managing current difficulties.

As an openly polyamorous-queer-gender nonconforming person, I’ve spent most of my life experiencing microaggressions & unlearning the cisnormative & hetronormative messages that constantly tell us we are defective, broken, or unwanted. They are wrong! We are fabulous, vibrant & deserving, of all the gifts the world has to offer. I became a therapist to share what I’ve learned, bring healing, & advocate for queer/trans youth, young adults & their families while working for social justice & full inclusion into society. Our work will be in a safe, affirming space so we can collaborate to create & implement a road map to your recovery.

Hi!  I'm Nicole.  I'm a Clinical Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD with adolescents and adults.  I use a strength-based approach and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help my clients work towards their goals.  I'm passionate about seeing a client's confidence and self-advocacy skills grow as they realize their own potential. I work with clients from the age of thirteen up. I have worked with clients struggling from a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, and personality disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy informed approach.
