I also help people who are currently in an abusive or unhealthy relationship, or who recently got out of one, and are having difficulty coping with anxiety, self-doubt, and sadness. Therapy can help you process your experience, learn healthier ways to engage in relationships, and begin living a life that is worthwhile and joyful.
