I bring 20 years of experience of working with individuals who are either experiencing pain or are feeling "stuck." My passion lies in helping individuals, families & couples who struggle with issues such depression, trauma, anxiety & interpersonal conflicts. This includes helping people with unexpected losses, excessive fears, intense emotions or lack of trust in relationships. Specifically, I enjoy working with couples who are experiencing miscommunication issues & are striving to strengthen their bond.

I believe, that most people are capable of experiencing change if given the opportunity, support, and motivation in order to achieve their personal goals. My warm approach with client's is encouraging, inclusive and collaborative. I tailor therapy sessions wtih therapeutic interventions based on the needs of each individual, using multiple evidenced based therapies and practices. I work with adults, children, teens and their families virtually or in the office. I additionally offer a specialization serving the 0-5 age population, and provide parenting support and parent groups for children birth-12 years of age.

My approach to therapy is working with you to get you where you want to be. My goal is to provide help, hope and understanding in a warm and accepting environment. I am a talking therapist as much as I am a listening therapist. What that means is that I listen to the issues you bring; provide feedback and tools for change. As a psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology, master's degree in developmental psychology, and certificate in marital and family therapy, I value treating the family as a whole. While I enjoy developing meaningful therapeutic relationships with individuals of all ages, I have an expertise in treating issues of early childhood through the teen years. The earlier we address developmental, emotional, or behavioral concerns, the better the likelihood for positive lifetime outcomes. Young people can quickly grow and adapt, and enjoy coming to talk and play in my office. I appreciate the time with my adult clients, as well.
