LGBTQ+ Mental Health Support Group
Welcome in! This is a therapy support group for folks age 23-35 who would like to build community through alliances and embracing differences, gain support through life transitions and navigating family dynamics, develop a stronger core sense of self while feeling a sense of belonging and value in a group setting. This is an in person group (location TBA) on Tuesdays from 5-630pm. 10 members max. Contact me if you're interested in joining.
