I am trained in a mindful, body-based therapy called Hakomi. By tuning into your nervous system we can move you to states of clarity and ease. Your body wants you to be in balance; connected to the relief that is just below the surface of your anxiety and fear. I also work relationally which is a way of saying, we can use our relationship to your benefit.

I am interested in the intersection of identities that makes you the unique person you are. I honor the ways that culture, family, and our communities shape us. I am trained to work with trauma (including ongoing trauma caused by systemic oppression). I work deeply and collaboratively, and I do my personal work too so I can bring my best self to you.
