Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help with anxiety and depression. I provide specialized treatments for trauma that we can consider, including Trauma-Focused CBT for youths or Cognitive Processing Therapy for adults. Your therapy can include tools for Anger, relationships, or communication skills. I have experience working with Veterans and all ages.
As your therapist, my intention is to provide a respectful and safe space for you. Together, we create a personalized plan for your concerns. I understand therapy can sometimes be hard to initiate, especially if you are new to therapy. I work with clients across the developmental lifespan, offering a compassionate, evidence-based, & professional experience.
