The majority of my clients often feel like they have tried everything but nothing works, at least not long term. With my years of experience providing intensive, in-home, and community based behavioral interventions, I have developed a hands-on approach to individual and family therapy. By building a strong therapeutic relationship we are able to navigate the therapeutic process together. As your therapist I will be here to hold hope for you when you are unable to hold hope for yourself.
I concentrate on supporting teens (14-17), young adults (18-26), and families as they navigate the many ways severe depression and anxiety can impact day-to-day functioning. I specialize in working with clients who have been in or are at-risk of a higher level of care.
