I have extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents and adults. My background has allowed me to work with a diverse range of needs, but traumatic stress is my primary focus. When working with children, I implement a child-centered and family-focused approach to help the child heal but also to support caregivers and to help the family grow closer together through the healing process. I also enjoy working with couples who want to learn together and grow closer. I am affirmative of LGBTQ and cultural minority clients. I fully embrace the opportunity to contribute towards societal change that is long overdue.

Understanding the world around you can be challenging, especially when faced with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or general life stress. Children, teens, and young adults may have even more of a challenge if they are still learning about themselves or have experienced stressors beyond their control. Learning skills to overcome these stressors or wanting to create a deeper understanding of the self are two reasons young adults or parents (of children in need) may seek out therapy.

I love working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjusting to life changes, and trauma/PTSD. I work with clients to create goals appropriate for them. My clients sometimes need coping skills, trauma therapy, or an extra ear to process life stressors. My goal is to be nonjudgmental and down to earth to help you in the best way possible. I believe that people in all ages and stages of life can benefit from therapy.

My role is to simply hold space for you. Create a safe environment and assist you in making sense of your story. The goal is to find balance between "what to hold on to" and "what to let go of". The evidenced based treatment approaches I use, assist with identifying and exploring underlying factors that continue to cause unwarranted anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am a certified Trust Based Relational Practitioner (TBRI), an attachment-based trauma informed interventionist, the focus is on meeting the complex needs of the vulnerable. Brad Sublette, MBA, LCSW is a Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arkansas. He specializes in Eating Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Sexual Trauma. He has experience with Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling, Family Therapy and Career Counseling. Brad has a diverse clinical background, working with acute, chronic and severe mental illness in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. He has also worked as a school based mental health therapist. He has experience working with adolescents, adults and military veterans; addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
