I assist with challenging transitions, supporting neurodivergent families, healing intergenerational trauma, and addressing burnout in high-achieving families.

Do you feel as though you need tactile ways to manage stress and anxiety related to past traumas, sport performance or burnout? I offer Somatic Experiencing, a mind-body approach to heal trauma, increase emotional regulation and increase inner resiliency to past, current and future stress. I also offer coaching to higher functioning individuals and athletes. If you are a couple, I may be able to help improve your communication and trust. Ideally, after 8-10 sessions, you will be your own coach in stressful times and consult me as an as-needed basis (more cost-effective) as both an individual or as a couple.
